Introduction

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our mobile application or our website (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, you are not authorised to continue using the Platform.

The Platform is intended for businesses in the jewellery trade. It is not for use by minors, and if you are under 18 you must not use it.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS OF USE

We may change these Terms of Use from time to time, so please check back to keep informed of updates. The latest version will always be available on the Platform, and takes effect from the date it is posted. By continuing to use the Platform you agree to be bound by those updates.

ORDERS AND PRICING

Orders placed through the Platform are requests to purchase, and become binding only once we confirm them. We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation.

Prices and availability shown on the Platform may change at any time without prior notice. Gold jewellery is priced against a metal rate that moves, and the rate applied to an order is the rate in force when that order is confirmed.

The commercial terms of any sale - payment, delivery, making charges, returns and exchanges - are those agreed between us and your firm. Nothing on the Platform varies what has been agreed with you directly.

PRODUCT IMAGES

Considerable effort is made to ensure that the photographs on the Platform represent the colour, design and finish of the products accurately. Slight variation may nevertheless be apparent when compared with the item itself - this may be caused by your screen or its settings, or by the nature of photographing polished metal and stones. We cannot be held liable for such differences. If the exact appearance of an item matters to your order, please speak to us before confirming it.

USE OF MATERIALS ON THE PLATFORM

The Platform exists to provide information about Veer Ornaments and its products to the trade. Unless stated otherwise, you should assume that everything you see or read on it - images, photographs, illustrations, icons, text and other material ("our Material") - is protected by copyright, design and trade mark law.

You may keep one copy of material made available to you, or install the application on your device, for your own business use, provided that all proprietary notices are preserved intact.

You are not authorised to sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish or otherwise create derivative works from our Material, or to use it for any public or commercial purpose. Our Material may not be republished on any other platform. If you breach these Terms of Use, your permission to use our Material terminates automatically and any copies you hold must be destroyed.

YOUR SUBMISSIONS

This section concerns unsolicited communications sent to us. It does not concern the personal information you give us in relation to your account or your orders, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Any unsolicited communication or material you send us - including questions, comments, suggestions and the like - will be treated as non-confidential. By sending it you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use and reproduce it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This section applies to the Platform itself, and not to the products sold through it.

We try to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. We do not warrant that our Material is accurate, error-free or reliable, nor that the functional and technical aspects of the Platform will be uninterrupted or free of error. Everything on the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of the use of the Platform, including loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits or lost data.

Please note that consumer protection laws in some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, in which case some of the above may not apply to you.

TRADE MARK AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE

The trade marks, logos and service marks appearing on the Platform are ours, or are used by us under licence. Other marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the Platform should be read as granting any licence or right to use any trade mark without prior written permission. All content on the Platform is copyright Veer Ornaments or licensed for our use, and all rights are reserved.

LINKS

The Platform may link to services operated by third parties. Their inclusion does not imply our endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Following such a link is at your own risk. Linking to the Platform from another site without our prior written permission is not authorised.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have acted inconsistently with these Terms of Use, or have infringed our rights or those of a third party, with or without notice to you. We may also modify or discontinue the Platform, with or without notice. The sections headed "Limitation of liability" and "General provisions" survive termination of these Terms of Use.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be treated as not forming part of them, and the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Platform, and replace any earlier understanding on that subject.

If we do not act on a breach of these Terms of Use, that is not a waiver of any later breach.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.
